12th Sports Orthopedic Conference at the sportklinik.ERFURT

On Wednesday, 3rd April 2019, a sports orthopedic conference took place for the 12th time at the sportklinik.ERFURT in  Urbicher Kreuz.

This year the focus was mainly on the problems and causes of athletic pubalgia.

Among the speakers was Dr. med. Wichmann, Dr. med. Cook, Dr. med. Zinc, Dr. med. Tailor, Dr. med. Trommer and Michael Sommer and the coach of FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt, Thomas Brdarić, who discussed the topic from a trainer and former competitive athlete perspective.

In addition to the topics related to athletic pubalgia, it has been also organized a workshop from sportreha.ERFURT both at the beginning and at the end of the event, in which all methods to prevent pubalgia were explained in an active and demonstrative way.
