Jena, 04.04.2019. The Flamingos against the Old Lady, namely, Madison Forward FC against Hertha BSC Berlin. The friendly match is scheduled for May 24, 2019 at the Breese Stevens Field, Madison, WI.

After Hertha has already scheduled the first game against Minnesota’s MLS team for May 22, 2019 at the Allianz Field, a second game against the USL team from Wisconsin will follow. The Flamingos, who started the season by collecting two wins and two defeats so far, are now rejoicing in having such a prestigious international opponent for this season.

“It’s amazing that this year also in Madison it will be possible to feel Bundesliga’s air. Madison Forward is a young, new team competing in the United Soccer League (USL), about which we will certainly see and hear a lot of positive things in future”, (literal translation from German) says Boris Kalff, Managing Director of BSports Management GmbH.

For BSports, this is already about a second matchmaking event for an international friendly match in 2019.

“BSports Management was critical to getting our match with Hertha BSC scheduled in Madison. They were incredibly responsive and fair every step in the process, which allowed us to move quickly to secure this important international match” says Peter Wilt, Managing Director of Forward Madison FC.

Kick-off is scheduled for 07:00 p.m. local time (Central Time), 02:00 a.m. German time.
